Some work may not be accepted in the sole discretion of Leslie Wright Productions. Work not accepted would be work that is considered either vulgar, inappropriate, distasteful, or offensive in the sole discretion of Leslie Wright Productions. Any work that attacks or demeans an individual, race, religion, group, etc. in the sole discretion of Leslie Wright Productions will not be accepted. A job is not considered accepted until this measure has been applied by Leslie Wright Productions. Personal or economic rights: The customer also warrants that the work does not contain anything that is libelous or scandalous, or anything that threatens anyone's right to privacy or other personal or economic rights. The customer will, at the customer's sole expense, promptly and thoroughly defend Leslie Wright Productions in all legal actions on these grounds in a manner acceptable to Leslie Wright Productions as long as Leslie Wright Productions promptly notifies the customer of the legal action and gives the customer reasonable time to undertake and conduct a defense. Leslie Wright Productions reserves the right to use sole discretion in refusing to print anything deemed illegal, libelous, scandalous, improper or infringing upon copyright law.

When placing an order with Leslie Wright Productions, payment will be requested at the time you place your order. You will have 24 hours to cancel and request a refund if you decide not to use our services. After this 24 hour period, refunds will not be made. Leslie Wright Productions will purchase or transfer your domain name for you, but will not retain ownership of your domain name. If at any time you need to cancel your hosting or web design service with us, you may do so and take your domain with you. However, we cannot fulfil refunds for cancelling hosting and/or domain accounts. Only the company hosting these accounts can do so. Please read their terms and conditions for further information. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your design, we will do everything we can to fix it! However, this does not include a total redesign of the site. Please be specific when requesting a design. If you tell us to make a black and green website and then decide after it is done that you would've rather had purple and red, we are not obligated to make these changes free of charge. However, if you requested a site and we didn't quite meet your expectations, we will gladly do whatever is needed to satisfy your needs. If it is a simple design or wordage edit, this will require no further payment. If, however, you are requested a web design component that was not in your original request, this may require additional payment.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO) SERVICES
We guarantee our placement services! We will provide details including what keywords you have chosen and what placement you desire, along with an estimated time to achieve your desired position. Please note that this is only an estimated time...we cannot guarantee exact time. Sometimes it may take a little longer, and sometimes it is faster that we expected. The reason is that some of the work is done by all the computers in the world viewing pages on the Internet. We can't control how often the update their servers. We'll always make sure we do our best to get your page to it's desired position by the estimated time we give you. Refunds will not be given for optimization that doesn't meet the time frame we anticipated. However, refunds will be given if we can't get your site to the placement you requested! After placing your order, you have 24 hours to change your mind and request a refund before we start working on your project. After this 24 hour period, refunds will not be made unless we can't reach the goal stated in the work order for your project.

We can get any site to any page for any keyword - naturally - guaranteed. Once your site as reached it's desired position, we will maintain this position for your for no less than 30 days free. After that point, a maintanence plan may be needed to maintain your desired position. The amount need each month will vary based on the competition for your keyword. We will always notify you of needed maintenance before we do the work, so you have the option to agree or disagree to update. If you choose not to agree to our maintenance advice, we cannot guarantee your placement for that month. We prefer to do this on an individual basis rather than charge a flat fee for all customers. Some sites may only need an hour per month...while others may need 10 or 20 hours. We don't charge you for what you don't need!

If at any time you wish to cancel your optimization services with us, you may do so, but no refunds will be given. Because we do only natural placement, your site may continue to hold it's place for a while. This will depend on the competition for your keyword. We do not take away any of the work you paid for! We'll leave all work on your site, but we will no longer be able to guarantee that placement. In time, your site will start to fall back...sometimes a page at a time, and sometimes several pages at once. You may contact us at any time to restart your program, but the cost will be higher than if you had just maintained the site a little at time. We will not charge the initial placment fee again, but only the hourly maintenance fee needed to regain your desired position.

PAYMENTS
We accept cash, money orders, certified/bank checks, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Company checks and personal checks may also be accepted but your project will be delayed while we clear the check unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Once an order has been received you have 24 hours to cancel your project and receive a full refund. After this 24 hour period your project will enter the production cycle and refunds are not allowed.

REFERRALS
We will pay you $250 for each customer you refer to us who purchases our $2500 starup plan. We will wait 24 hours to ensure that the customer has not requested a refund before your commission will be available. If you have setup a PayPal account, will will send payment to your account within 72 hours of a completed sale. If you choose to accept your commission by check, we will mail checks out during the first week of every month. There is no limit to amount of commission you are allowed to make by referring customers to us!

LIABILITY
Disclaimer of Express Warranties: Leslie Wright Productions warrants that the work is as described in the work order form. The customer understands that all sketches, copy, dummies, PDF files and preparatory work shown to the customer are intended only to illustrate the general type and quality of the work. They are not intended to represent the actual work performed. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties: Leslie Wright Productions warrants only that the work will conform to the description contained in the work order form. Leslie Wright Productions' maximum liability, whether by negligence, contract, or otherwise, will not exceed the return of the amount invoiced for the work in dispute. Under no circumstances will Leslie Wright Productions be liable for specific, individual, or consequential damages.

We do NOT guarantee that your business will profit! We will do everything we can to set up a professional site with correct coding, tagging, and keywords, in hopes that your product or service will be desired. We don't guarantee customers to purchase from your business. We also don't provide anything for your business other than the design and online setup. All inventory and transactions are between you and your customers. We are not held responsible for any items in or any situations arising from your business. You agree to release Leslie Wright Productions from any responsibility of your business conduct and operation. All copyrights, trademarks, registrations, taxes, and other legalities belong to your business, with the exception of the website design itself and our own logos.

INDEMNIFICATION
The customer agrees to protect Leslie Wright Productions from economic loss and any other harmful consequences that could arise in connection with the work. This means that the customer will hold Leslie Wright Productions harmless and save, indemnify, and otherwise defend Leslie Wright Productions against claims, demands, actions, and proceedings on any and all grounds. This will apply regardless of responsibility for negligence.

Copyrights: The customer also warrants that the subject matter to be used is not copyrighted by a third party. The customer also recognizes that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The customer further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Leslie Wright Productions harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided.

USE
From time to time Leslie Wright Productions may use your art or completed project in an effort to show our work to prospective and current clients. This may be done on our websites, direct mail material, brochures, cards, flyers, and/or providing actual samples. We do not intend to suggest that we have the right to sell your work, we are only showing samples of our capabilities to prospective and current clients. We will never charge any party for these items or samples, nor will you receive any compensation for their use. If you do not want your project to be used or highlighted in this way then you must tell us clearly in written form when you submit your order. We will respond to your request by telling you that we have received your instructions. If you do not receive a written response to your instructions then we did not receive your request. In any case if we inadvertently or mistakenly use your materials for this purpose then you agree to hold us harmless against any claims made due to its use. It is our intent to follow your instructions accurately.

TAXES
All amounts due for taxes and assessments will be added to the customer's invoice as directed by the state of Arkansas and are the responsibility of the customer. No tax exemption will be granted unless the customer's properly filled out "Exemption Certificate" accompanies the project when submitted. If, after the customer has paid the invoice, it is determined that more tax is due, then the customer agrees to promptly remit the required taxes to the taxing authority, or immediately reimburse Leslie Wright Productions for any additional taxes paid. For projects out of state there is no tax due by the state of Arkansas under current law, therefor we will not collect tax on out of state shipments. You may still be liable for taxes in your home state. The customer agrees to pay all taxes due in their home state and also pay any claims made by your home state against Leslie Wright Productions in connection with work performed on your behalf. We encourage you to inquire with your state comptroller about tax liability.
