FAQ's
1. How long will it take to get my business up and running?
It will take us 10 to 14 days to get your website set up ready for ecommerce. Search engine placment takes longer since it is not totally in our control. Usually this takes anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks, depending on when Google updates their servers. We use natural placement only...meaning your website will appear in the regular listings rather than pay per click listings on the right. However, you can still being using your website and advertise locally in any way you like while you are waiting for your placement to take effect!
2. Can I really choose my own business? What if I am undecided?
Choosing the business is your decision. However, if you need assistance, we will gladly offer our opinion and advice on what business would be a good choice based on your interests, time, and computer skills. Please note that this is only our opinion!!
3. Will you help me get customers and sell my product?
We will direct the customers TO you by placing your site on the first page of Google for your keyword(s)...it's your job to sell your product! We WILL, however, set up your website with marketing tactics that will help reinforce your sales!
4. Can I pick my own keywords?
Yes and no. Keyword placement is a delicate study judging competition against traffic. We will gladly listen to your suggestions and research them to see if they will benefit you. However, if you are after a very broad keyword with high competition, we will either ask you to choose another keyword or we will offer you an new price including optimization for that keyword. What we look for is a keyword with medium to low competition so you can stay on top of your competitors...but one with high traffic volume, so you can get the most out of your business.
5. Where can I see examples of sites you have designed and optimized?

6. How long will my site remain on the first page search of Google for the chosen keyword(s)?
That all depends on keyword competition. We will maintain your placement for you free for the first 6 months (after you make payment). After that, your site might remain there with no additional work needed, or it might begin to fall back. We charge $25 per hour for all design and maintenance fees. If you would like to set up a maintenance plan, we simply bill you each month for the work we do. We will always call or email you ahead of time to let you know what needs to be done...and give you the option to accept or not accept that maintenance. Sometimes only and hour or two a month is all that is needed...sometimes it is more...it all depends on your competitors!
7. Will you help me set up my email and ecommerce?
You bet! We won't leave you hanging...we'll help you out as much as you need in order to get you on the right track with your new business.
8. How much will my web design and hosting cost me after the first year?
We will be happy to continue hosting your website and domain name for as long as you like! Hosting is $100 per year, includes monthly web stats, and free domain renewal. Updates and placement maintenance is based on $25 per hour.
9. Can I maintain and make changes to the site myself?
Yes, but we won't guarantee our search engine placement if you choose to make changes to your site. Our keywords and design are carefully set up right down to size and font to ensure the best search engine placement. If you choose to change that content, we can't guarantee your placement.
We use Dreamweaver MX to design our websites. We can sell you a lite version for $99 that will allow you to make changes to your site without changing any scripting that we have done. That way you can maintain your site on your own time!
10. Why do you guarantee site placement on Google only?
There are many search engines out there, but Google is the best in our opinion. It is also one of the most widely used search engines...therefore, giving you the most traffic. Often times, first page placement on Google will result in first page placement on many other major search engines...especially MSN. However, in order to make it simple, we work mainly with Google and gurantee our placement services with that particular search engine only.
11. Is there a limit to how many customers I can refer and still make my $250?
Nope! We'll give you $250 for each person who buys our $2500 startup plan! We are happy to pay you commission for helping us sell our service, and don't place any limits on the number of people you can refer!
